At Rang-e-Heera, we are committed to delivering your orders in a safe and timely manner. Please read our shipping policy to understand how we handle your orders from packaging to delivery.


1. Shipping Locations

We currently ship across Pakistan. For international shipping, please contact us directly before placing your order.


2. Processing Time

  • All orders are processed within 1–2 business days after order confirmation.

  • Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed the next business day.


3. Delivery Time

Once processed, the delivery time depends on your location:

  • Major Cities: 2–4 business days

  • Remote Areas: 3–7 business days

Please note that delays may occur due to weather, courier issues, or holidays.


4. Shipping Charges

  • Flat Rate Shipping: Rs. 200/- nationwide

  • Free Shipping: On orders above Rs. 1000/-

Shipping charges (if any) will be clearly displayed during checkout.


5. Order Tracking

Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number via SMS or WhatsApp. You can use this number to track your parcel on the courier partner's website.


6. Damaged or Lost Packages

If your package is lost or arrives damaged, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery with your order number and photos (if applicable). We will assist you in resolving the issue as quickly as possible.


7. Incorrect Address

Please ensure your shipping address is correct before completing your order. Rang-e-Heera is not responsible for delays or losses due to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer.
